Since 1991, patent attorney Michael (Mick) A. Myers has helped individual entrepreneurs and companies with the vesting of exclusive rights in their inventions and new products.  Mr. Myers counsels individual inventors, design and prototyping shops, manufacturers, scientists, employee researchers as well as large corporations on the best ways to protect and exploit inventions and ideas.  Design arounds, non-infringement studies and patent challenges are examples of patent legal services Mick may provide depending upon your overall business objective.

Mick started in Fort Wayne and spent most of his career in Indianapolis. An entrepreneur himself, Myers organized a successful business start up; and more recently, he was a partner with an Am Law 200 law firm with offices spanning the Midwest and southeastern U.S.  Mick offers a uniquely broad scope of sophisticated patent experience—experience obtained by working over 25 years counseling businesses, manufacturers and individual entrepreneurs in patent law.
